NativeVet featured in Biz Journals for successful start to 2018
Two NM companies win new federal contracts
The new year started on a positive note for two small New Mexico businesses after they won federal contracts. Altogether, they had three contracts worth more than $100,000.
Two contracts went to medical supply company NativeVet Materiel. Awarded by the U.S. Department of the Interior's Bureau of Indian Affairs, the contracts have a combined value of $80,300. Both will help fund the Department's fencing materials and gates at the Southern Plains Regional Office and at the Concho Agency in El Reno, Oklahoma.
The Albuquerque-based business was created in 2013 by Keres Consulting Inc. to support its Indian Country enterprises. NativeVet provides facility and medical products and supplies to tribal enterprises and federal agencies that serve Native American communities. Keres Consulting was No. 5 on last year's American Indian-owned Businesses List.
