Mr. Timothy Chavez, President
Mr. Timothy Chavez (Pueblo of Acoma) is a Native American entrepreneur and small businessman with nearly 20 years experience supporting tribal, State, federal, and commercial entities in New Mexico and nationwide. Through this experience, he observed a need in Indian Country for quality products and supplies and established NativeVet Matériel (NativeVet) in 2013. Mr. Chavez was appointed to the Pueblo of Acoma Tribal Council in 2007 and continues to serve his tribe in this capacity today. Concurrently, Mr. Chavez serves on the Pueblo of Acoma Healthcare Committee, which provides oversight to the Indian Health Service as it relates to the Acoma-Canoncito-Laguna Hospital. Mr. Daniel Lucario, Accounts Manager
Mr. Daniel Lucario's (Pueblo of Acoma) service markets include the Indian Health Service, tribally managed hospitals and health clinics, medical laboratories, and other tribal health programs in Native Country. As Account Manager, Mr. Lucario’s responsibilities include maximizing direct marketing the company’s existing client base, building relationships, new business development, product research, quotations, purchase orders and coordinating delivery. Territory includes New Mexico, Arizona, Colorado, Utah, Nevada and California. Prior to joining NativeVet, Daniel served as Tribal Secretary for the Pueblo of Acoma and also served in the U.S. Navy. Ms. Christina Tewa, Account Representative
Ms. Christina Tewa (Navajo/Hopi) services markets including the Bureau of Indian Affairs, Bureau of Indian Education, and tribal enterprises and programs. As Account Representative, Christina manages customer orders, provides product quotes, and visits agency and tribal customers in the southwest. Prior to her work at NativeVet, Christina served as President of the American Indian Business Association at the University of New Mexico. Ms. Anna Rose Romero, Account Coordinator
Ms. Anna Rose Romero (Navajo) services markets including the Bureau of Indian Affairs, Bureau of Indian Education, and tribal enterprises and programs. As Account Coordinator, Anna Rose manages customer orders and price quotes, and makes routine visits to Indian Country customers in the southwest.
